FAQ

Pangutana? Answered.

How much income do I need?

For 2026, a single applicant needs about €2,849/month (200% of Spain's minimum wage). Add roughly €1,068/month for your first dependent and €356/month for each additional family member. The threshold adjusts each year with Spain's SMI.

Can I work for a Philippine company?

Yes — as long as you work remotely and at least 80% of your income comes from clients or employers outside Spain. Freelancers need to show at least 3 months of relationship with their clients.

How long does the visa last?

Applying from inside Spain gets you a 3-year residence permit, renewable for 2 more years. After 5 years of residence you can apply for permanent residency. Time in Spain also counts toward citizenship eligibility.

Can I bring my family?

Yes — spouse, children, and in some cases dependent parents can be included, provided you meet the higher income thresholds. We guide dependent applications as part of the Full Application package.

Are you a law firm?

No — we're a guidance and preparation service. For cases needing legal representation, we work with licensed Spanish immigration lawyers and connect you directly.
